Sleep Number

Have had bed for 13 months. Already having issues with component failure. We are now one month out of warranty and are paying for parts and service to repair it. Spent $13,000 on the bed and frame. Very disappointed in their service. California customers get the pleasure of having the service department close at 2:30pm in the afternoon. This is definitely a sales company and not a service one. 15 year warranty is pro rated and they really should just sell it as a 1 year warranty. Wouldn't recommend. I just expected a better quality product that would last for the money spent.

This was a wonderful choice! Our salesperson Suzanne was helpful and educated us but was never pushy or overbearing. We are so excited with the bed we are getting. 10/10 recommend!

We bought a mattress at sleep number & it's the worst mistake ever. Don't waste your money there. Go anywhere else. I suffered from sciatic nerve pain & hadn't realized it was the mattress until I slept on my rv mattress when I went camping. We tried talking to the manager but it was a waste of time.
