Farmers Insurance - Ramon Franco

For starters I'm really disappointed in my agent Ramon Franco. I recently found out that he had a pool listed on our home owners policy, but I don't have a pool, also he added collision and comprehensive coverage on my travel trailer which I never requested. His lack of communication is very disturbing because it makes me wonder what else he has neglected to diclose or if he has added things without my consent or knowledge. I ended up switching agents, people look at your policies.

My first time here was back in 2014, and I got my car insurance. I been with Farmers Insurance agent ever since. He is always on top of things, he very funny, treats me with courtesy and he is a good listener. He is open to received calls even on Saturday's when most business  closed early. I recently purchased a new vehicle and he was very helpful and quick respond to give me a quote on car insurance. Far best Insurance Agent, I encounter over the years... I really recommend him. Thanks Farmers Insurance for having people who accurate, courteous, and hardworking. I am always a happy customer.

Ramon has been our agent for a couple of years now. We started out with renter's insurance and then bought a house so we switched to homeowner's insurance. Ramon has been super helpful every step of the way and is always extremely responsive and accommodating. We always have a great experience with him. Ramon is the best!
