        Worst customer service I have ever experienced there's a lady named Raquel and she always picks up the phone and she's very very rude. Every time I have called about information related to my account she gives me false information. If she's not 100 percent sure what she is providing you. I think Raquel should double check her self and ask the question I ask to the person who is in charge. This is why I am no longer insured with small businesses such as these. The customer service they provide is horrible Raquel is extremely unprofessional and is no help whatsoever sadly I still have to call the office and continue to request the information that I need. I feel uncomfortable calling the office because of her attitude. I have never had trouble requesting something to me mailed to me. She doenst provide accurate information and doenst know what I am requesting. She should be retrained!
