Rooms seemed old, need work on the details..caching...ripped carpet...unknown scratches....location really good....the Lobby/ Front Desk folks very nice, but sounded inexperienced.

Zero stars for customer service. Racist experience when they refused a check in to my girlfriend who was listed on the reservation. I wish there was another explanation but Ive never encountered such discrimination and inappropriate treatment. Im a frequent Marriott (and Hilton) customer. This experience will certainly affect my choices in the future. Disappointed in you Marriott. Thought you were better than this.

Definitely will be staying here again. The whole hotel was very clean, loved the fresh fruit infused ice water in the lobby every day, my suite was perfect- spacious and very clean and comfortable. Bedroom was separated from the entry/working area. The bathroom was very roomy, which is uncommon for many hotels of this class. I liked that they also provided conditioner instead of "conditioning shampoo" which doesn't get rid of tangles! Only thing I would recommend is to add fresh fruit to the complimentary hot breakfasts- which are delicious ! The breakfast spread is great I appreciate the coffee and hot water and tea every day -all day I think. It was there when I grabbed a cup one afternoon.
