        Honestly horrible. Took in an iPad, brought it home and peeled of something for the screen protector. Now, it's it worse condition. They scammed us and my ipad is useless. Seriously, everytime I try to put in the password, it adds in random numbers and locks. It's now locked for 8 hours. Thanks for nothing "Repair Medics."

        customer severice was great, always a reliable place to go when you need your device fixed. Stephanie was very helpful and kind as well. The value was great as well, my phone was fixed on time with no issues. I would recommend anyone to come here to get their phone fixed!

      Good Afternoon, We apologize that we could not honor the warranty because 1. Your screen was SHATTERED and 2. Our warranty is only VALID for 3 months, and this device was repaired back in NOVEMBER 2023. We do honor warranty, However it does not cover if you crack you own screen again. This was mentioned to you upon check in and we do not offer extensions on warranties.
