        Terrazas Roofing helped with an inspection during escrow. Im glad we paid for a specific roofing inspection since they uncovered damages not found during general report. The seller provided a credit and I hired Terrazas for the repairs. The team cleaned up after themselves and after 3 months of off and on rain there is still no leaks. When I need a new roof in a few years I'll be sure to consider them for the outstanding work on our repair.

        Scheduled an appointment and was given a two hour window. Never showed up. I wrote him a text, Its unfortunate that you didnt show up and even more unfortunate that you didnt feel the need to notify me that you werent coming. The person was apologetic so +1 star for that. Will update this review if I decide to call them and set up another appointment.
