Ive worked with Dan and his team on two home purchases. Hes the best!!! He kept me informed and on track, hes very knowledgeable about the South Bay and always finds EXACTLY what Im looking for!! He is responsive and helpful, and always just a text or call away. I feel like my escrows were a bit tricky and in both cases there was an unplanned event (lender switch) midway through but in both cases he was super helpful with the process! Id definitely recommend him, he knows the area and this market and he has great business insight. Best of all, he has a great sense of humor and hes a great guy!!! I couldnt be happier with my new home!
