Kevin did a great job selling this home in old Torrance. It was a probate sale and the home was vacant for over a year before it sold so the yard was a mess. He arranged to get the yard cleaned up, the home staged and the utilities turned back on. Everything went very smoothly and the home sold in a few days. I was very pleased and I'd recommend Kevin wihtout reservations.
