Ed and his team have been an amazing real estate resource for my pro athlete referrals looking to buy in Manhattan Beach and other nearby beach communities. Their insight into their local market is 2nd to none and access to off market properties is always ideal for the public figures we service. I would highly recommend any seller or buyer to the Kaminsky Team. They can give any property maximum exposure through their brand affiliations and buyers will have access that that the majority simply do not. HAWKISH behavior. Be aware of this person and his methods! NOT TRUSTWORTHY - I have had a horrible experience with him - trying to steal my property and make me sign a bogus contract meanwhile expecting to profit from my LABOR +275,000USD! Him and his wife were crooked to begin with. WILL TELL LIES JUST TO SELL THE PROPERTY THAT IS FALLING APART NO NO NO NEVER AGAIN! I dont believe the rest of the reviews here - sugary and fake. His methods towards me were to say the least disgraceful and outright SCAMMY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this UNTRUSTWORTHY person!
