While I cannot yet speak to the service provided by the attorneys at Baker, Burton & Lundy, I can attest to the quality of service of the admin staff.  Specifically, Diane, whose kindness and tact is unmeasured by standards in any industry. I was assisting my mother with an urgent legal situation which was extremely distressing to an elderly widow.We were in a time crunch, and as to be expected, the attorneys were booked. Still, Diane took a great deal of her own time on calls and via emails to help us by offering advice, and referring us to another office that would be able to help immediately in the interim. She was so kind and patient with my mother and helped set her mind at ease. I am indebted to her for her generosity and understanding. There really are good people left in this world, and Diane is one of them. Attorneys, you have a gem of an employee -- do not let her go! We will definitely be working with Baker, Burton & Lundy for all of our future estate planning and legal needs!

This firm was not able to take my case because it was not their area of expertise.  However, their assistant, Diane, was extremely helpful to me in giving me advice and referring me to another attorney that could help me.
