Love everyone at RFG! Had been a few times but decided to use their health competition for some new year motivation! They were always super supportive and being able to jump in and grab meals to supplement my attempted meal prepping was such an easy and delicious way to meet your nutrition needs! I love the Ready, Fit, Go, 45 day challenges! The food is good and well portioned. The calories are counted. They will help with meal planning and counting macros. The weigh-in is easy and no judgements. Excellent service!
