And even better, hes one of the most kind and caring doctors Ive ever met. The nurses and staff are also incredible. Everyone is so friendly and professional; Ive never been to another medical office that is so welcoming.         Dr Mest is friendly and funny and most importantly, he really knows what hes doing - an artist and a scientist. Hes always taken the time to answer my questions, and I ask a lot of questions. Haleigh is kind, honest, and incredibly skilled. She helped me reverse damage from years of not taking care of my skin, and I always look forward to seeing her. Stephanie at the front desk is incredibly sweet and organized. The people here are an amazing team, and its obvious that they care about each other as much as they care about helping people feel good about themselves! They also always have the latest tech :)

        Dr. Doug Mest and the amazing staff at Pier Medical always make me feel like a beauty queen! No one is better with a needle than Dr. Mest, fast with a light accurate touch you barely feel any sting. Brusing can occur with some injections but he never leaves a mark on me after Botox. I have used many procedures in the office, IPL, Microneedle, Morpheus, Cool Sculpt, Clear and Brilliant. The women are fantastic. My skin looks great at 60 thanks to these wonderful people. Dr. Mest will never let you leave looking ridiculous. He will say no to giant lips and frozen faces which I believe is important.
