        Poor experience in what should have been an enjoyable one. Attempted to up first time account for my daughter after her 18th birthday. Family has multiple Chase accounts and chose this branch for both proximity to home address and convenience after a lunch celebration. WHAT A MISTAKE. Branch was empty, staff joking between each other, yet could not take the time away from their post lunch office chatter to help with the mundane task of a new personal checking account....... True definition of bankers working banking hours at 2:00 on a Friday afternoon.

        Do not bank with these crooks, hidden fees everywhere and they closed every branch around here. Other banks are doing a much better job of servicing their customers during Covid, chase bank is just trying to service themselves
