Customer service is something to be desired

Worst experience ever me and my husband are in the process of remodeling our home spent over 17k with Home Depot! First they order my custom kitchen cabinets wrong I get 2 damaged cabinets and 2 that are completely different brands ! I return them and have to wait another 4 weeks ! They do not accommodate me and give me a discount because it's a "custom order" this delays my kitchen being remodeled ! Today we were supposed to get carpet installed furniture and carpet removal is included they decided to cancel my order because there's paint on my current carpet I said that's fine I'll go ahead and have my husband remove it I need my carpet installed by this week they said no the next availability is May 30 another five weeks out! Mind you I've been waiting 7 weeks for this day ! At this point I'm so fed up with them I asked to cancel my order and now they're trying to charge me a shipment fee ! Worst customer service by far!
