My Dad is here the place is wonderful everyone cares about my Dad and they listen when your trying to let them know what my Dad likes to eat or even watch TV

Nice place where my love one is taken good care of by everyone. He is very happy there.

Run away from putting your loved ones in this facility. My mom was placed there because there were no facilities available with a Covid-19 isolation bed. We visited there often over the course of 2 weeks. We saw that the staff put diapers on all the 20+ females that were in the housing wing where my mother was housed. We saw that even though oxygen had been prescribed by Kaiser and the equipment had been delivered to her room, my mom never got to use it. We saw that often she was unbathed. We saw that even though we complained to the staff and the director Diana, things did not get done. After 2 weeks, we were finally able to get my mom out of that facility and into a caring residential facility.

In the beginning the place was nice my stepdad was in a room alone with a sink with running water his own tv the he purchased all was ok until they realized that Kaiser would no longer pay part of his rent his only source of income is social sec it's like overnite he was put in a room no running water he never seen his TV again all his clothes disappeared why write their name when their laundry system does not work. I was told by a staff member that the reason my step always has fresh cuts and bruises is he would be pushed in a corner she said for hours and he would try to get up and fall constantly if you have other options take them shop around but if you can pay the rent in full each month than it would be ok I'm sure I realize you get what you pay for it is sad that this hard working tax paying little old man is being neglected because he is poor they would of parked him on the nearest corner if they could have I'm not sure who medicated these folks but most are zombie like it's not a good place that's my opinion
