        Original installer went bankrupt and try to get Richard to help. Gave him all the information, but never received a real response on whether he can do it not.. complete waste of my time...

        Rich does great work and provides excellent service. He's also a good guy. I have worked with him both at my business for maintenance and he did my home install. Highly recommend.

        SunPower refused to honor warranty for over a year. Richard fixed the system within 3 hours. Excellent service. Punctual. Fine personality. Go for it !!

        Richard was prompt and very thorough in triaging our solar panel issue. We stopped getting amps - he reviewed a system he did not install and quickly got most of the panels generating amps. He also discovered a water issue in our box. Last but not least he came to San Jose from North Bay - now thats customer service. Id recommend him for new install and repairs to existing systems.
