This is for TIM MCGOWAN with McConnell Chevrolet. Was able to help me acquire a Chevy Bolt EUV Premier within 2 weeks of my initial call, when current markets tends to be a 3 - 5 month wait (even his initial estimate was 8 - 10 weeks!). Dealer sells @ MSRP with no markups or mandatory addons (which, currently equals -000- other dealerships in the 100+ mile area!). Doing the ppwk was a breeze, and no push on anything like extended warranties or other "added value" items. Came in the dealership excited and left excited with the car! THANK YOU! Wish more dealerships, and car sales people, acted this way!

Our Dodge Charger was having a problem with the info system/ radio and I had taken the car to Lithia in the past but was not particularly pleased with their service so I decided to go a but further to McConnell since my husband and I grew up in the area. Anthony could see immediately the issue, said he would contact the warranty company and get back to me. It took a couple of days but he got back to me that it was covered under the extended warranty and the part had been ordered. A week later an appointment was made to have the radio switched out. It was all completed in a hour. Prompt and great service and Steele (the cars name) is very happy now. Thank you Anthony and McConnell.
