Brandt Insurance

I've been a long time member of both vehicle and homeowners insurance through Brandt. Today, I was contacted by Laura who initially showed little to no attempt to help me and her attitude eventually caught up to her and she became rude with me. Maybe an off day but her communications skills were unprofessional to say the least. Laura was eventually able to provide me with professional service and my problem was mitigated thanks to her. I will be shopping for homeowners insurance elsewhere.

I've systematically moved all of my insurance to Brandt. I have a small business and so appreciate the attention I get from Greg, Lynda, Dahlia , Laura. They insure my cars, home, business liability, workman's comp and commercial vehicles and I have 100% confidence in their services.

I cant talk highly enough about the folks at Brandt. I have 2 commercial and workmans comp policies and all of my personal insurance lines with them. Turns out I was under insured on my home. They got me better covered for less money! And they are local so I feel better knowing I can talk to or see them for anything
