Can't say enough great things about this place! Even if I'm having a bad day I can walk into this place and feel better. The front staff is so helpful and understanding. Their equipment is maintained top-notch. If you ever have a problem they will immediately go out of their way to resolve it.

I would give a thousand stars for this establishment, if I could. This is where all the high level intelligent quality customer service folks went. Excellent customer service!! This is the best experience renting equipment from an establishment in years. The equipment is clean (truly clean) and in excellent working condition. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and clear about all the details. I wish they had a rental businesses like this in my neighborhood. I had a last minute project and needed a trailer. I rented a trailer to attach to my SUV. They knew exactly what I needed to attach the trailer to my hitch. From start to finish, they were quick and clear about what I needed to know. They provide 24 hour rentals, which gave me plenty time to return it the next day. Everything was quick and thorough. They have a vast range of equipment and great deals on items to purchase for your projects, including used tools. Its a great place for a city person like myself. Clone this establishment and the staff, we need more businesses like this.
