        Been going here for a long time needed to cash in a check and wanted only a little amount (roughly $500) but was told they did not have enough cash and could not yet the customer before me was about to get cash without incident.

        This use to be a wonderful bank, but all the good people have left and the current staff has terrible customer service skills!! I had account with this bank for 22 years and they have ended our relationship terribly with zero respect!

        Every time, I go in, all the tellers are exceptionally nice.  Today I received a call from Rigoberto, he said he saw some peculiar activity on my accounts and wanted to call and let me know.  WOW!!!!  I mean, seriously WOW!  That is outstanding personalized customer service.
