    Very disappointed with "WW" they are closing so many locations and making it difficult for you as the customer, it's all about their top people making money and you having to drive another 15-30 minutes more. People make sure you do your research before signing up no online weigh ins or satellite locations for your convenience.

    I joined WW many, many years ago and I thought it was a great program until recently.They always try to launch a new program to entice people to join.  Normally when they do this they make sure all their customers have access to the new program via all accessible vehicles customers use.  Well, that did not happen with the new launching of their program recently.They updated their program for vehicles of cellphones and tablets and did not update the program for customers who only have access to desk top and lap top computers only.  Everyone does not have a cellphone or tablet and they don't care.  I reached out to this company regarding this problem and they basically told me nothing will be done to ensure this level of customers will be updated so we can have access to the program we are paying for.So, you are not able to access every aspect of the program we are entitled to as paying members.  The new program is flawed as long as they take this type of attitude.  This is also very unethical to charge for services that are not being rendered to all customers.I am so disappointed that WW does not care and should have updated this program for every vehicle their customers utilize to access the program.Angry and disappointed customer.

    I've had success with "WW" in the past, but their relationship with iTunes is clunky AF these days, to put it nicely.  I cannot upgrade my membership because I purchased my initial membership through iTunes? How dumb is that?  WW are the ones losing $. Most frustrating is that once I did go ahead and cancel my iTunes-based membership, I have to wait a month, and pay for it, before canceling and creating a whole new membership, one I can actually upgrade to meet my needs.  LAME!!!

    Barbara and her team are very helpful and understand life happens so if you've missed a group or two and need to be back on track they are more than willing to work with you after the meetings to get you caught up.The Sunday group is usually full but we have lots of fun talking among each other and support one another, there is always stories being told pertaining to the meeting topics, etc.I had not went for months and let me membership lapsed, so they gave me a 3 month welcome back plan for $23.22 per month and then the regular rate after. Kinda bummed I did not for a long time but happy I joined back up again.

    This review applies to the WW customer service and not the program itself as I was not able to sign up and am not likely to at this point. WW was running a promotion that ended Monday night June 21st. I tried to sign up Sunday, June 20th but I had a question about their billing first. I don't like auto renew programs and I wanted to know my options. They don't have customer service on Sundays and are open until 9 on Monday. I called them Monday after work and understandably, due to high call volume, sat on hold for 15 minutes. The person I talked to said that they only offer the auto renew payments but if I signed up, I could call in and put a termination date on the program that I could change later. I thanked her but wanted to talk to my dad (and sign him up) first. I went online around 10 pm to sign up. I tried TWICE. Each time I went to the payment, it kicked me back to the home screen where it did say "hello" and my account name. I called this morning to see if I got billed twice. The representative said they saw my account but not the payment and would I like to sign up now? That's nice, BUT THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR PROMOTION EVEN THOUGH THE FAULT WAS WITH THEIR WEBSITE. If that's how they run customer service, I would have to think twice about signing up with them. What if there was another issue? Is that what I would expect?!!!  I am sharing my experience and leave it up to you to make your choices.
