WORSE TAX BUSINESS IN CALIFORNIA! Geneva and Tad are so unprofessional. They do not return phone calls or voice-mails and they are never in the office. If you want to have your personal or business taxes completely ruined. They are the couple for you. By far the worse tax prepares I have ever worked with. How they are still in business is shocking because they do not care about you or your taxes,as a customer. Once you pay you will be ignored by both of them. They lack professionalism and the experience to file your taxes..

DO NOT GO HERE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Tad is by far the worst tax preparer in the history of tax preparers and his wife Geneva is no better. They are non responsive when you need anything from them and will ignore all of your calls and emails. I received several letters from the IRS stating that I owe $250,000, which I knew was not correct. It was the result of incorrect information filed by Tad for my taxes, due to his inexperience on understanding how home sales work when filing taxes and a long list of other incorrect information he filed on my forms. When I first received the letter I called Tad office once a week and left voicemails and sent emails. Visited the office weekly and it was always closed. Even though the hours online stated they were open. I did this for 6 months. After not receiving one single return phone call or email back from Tad at Liberty Tax Mission Blvd. I get a final letter from the IRS that my bank account will be levied due to the incorrect information filed on my taxes. Showing that I have an outstanding balance of $250,000. I advised the IRS that my tax preparer was ignoring me and being non responsive. They also needed my tax preparer to contact them directly to discuss how he went about filing my taxes the way he did and I assume, to work with him on getting it corrected. One of the days I finally get through and Geneva answers the phone. I explained to her my urgency. Long story short. She basically tells me they are too busy and will get back to me when they can. Trust me when I tell you. I was a huge inconvenience to her and she wanted in no way to help me. She basically told me that don't have time for me. Since I had already paid them and they had my money. I talked to a business partner and they suggested I hire a tax attorney to assist me. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HEADACHE BY NOT USING LIBERTY TAX ON MISSION BLVD. Tad and Geneva are completely unprofessional and non responsive and you will be treated like a burden/inconvenience to them. You will be dealing with unprofessional tax amateurs. Try calling their office or sending them an email. Just for fun, so you can see for yourself that they never answer, return phone calls or respond to emails. If you want to confirm even further. Stop by their office during the business hours posted. For as many days as you want to stop by and I guarantee no one will be there and doors will be locked. It's a complete shock they are still in business. You are better off getting your taxes done at McDonalds. P.S. Just like the other review states from Muhammad. They are non responsive and never get back to you. Regardless of how many times you call or email them. They are the most unprofessional tax couple you will ever work with. Add photos
