        This is the best UPS in the area. I go in at least once a week to mail documents for work, and they are always so fast, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend you use this location if you value efficiency and reliability.

        This is the second time I came in this week and had help from Rahul in Hayward, CA. I got passport photos taken and then sent off everything I needed. Just great customer service and going above and beyond to make sure I had everything together properly for my passport documentation.

        Limited Staffing, but Efficient Service I visited the UPS Store at 25125 Santa Clara St, Hayward, CA 94544, just five minutes before closing time. Despite a lengthy queue, the two employees handled the workload well. However, locking the door right at 6 PM seemed a bit extreme. While it worked for my quick drop-off, Im concerned about potential legal issues for the company. A suggestion would be to consider hiring more staff to avoid burnout and enhance the overall customer experience.
