Ive come here a few times and the customer service is always poor. Today was the worst - my routine request was treated like such a hassle and they ended up telling me to go to Castro Valley because they didnt want to figure it out. Dont waste your time here - the FedEx on Foothill has much better customer service and the rates are comparable Update - I went to FedEx in Union City for the service this UPS location refused to help me with. The customer service was so much better. The FedEx on Foothill is also good.
