Dr Porciuncula is a very nice Dr and he listen to his patient , he is my dr since 1995 or 1996 up to present .

Doctor is very kind. He listened to me carefully and took time to explain everything. Dr Kevin even called me personally to tell me about my lab results on Saturday( his office is closed to Saturday). Whenever I have some questions I just send a text and he respond back very quickly.

Dr. Porciuncula has been our family doctor for a long time now. He takes care of his patient, he takes time and care of my family when we have doctor visit. He is an experience medical doctor who I admire and respect. Although at one point,  I wanted to change my doctor due to the location ( Kaiser is just few minutes away from my home now) I stayed with Dr. Porciuncula all these years. When my husband passed away, I was surprised to see them in his wake. It meant a lot to me that they came. They are innovating to modern technology compared to when I started seeing him. I am happy that they do adapt to change. I would suggest that they email documents such as referral now since most of the clinics use email.They still prefer that they fax or mail the referrals to the doctor of privacy reason and that because they said it is not allowed. As for making appointments, I think because they have a lot of patients, it is hard to book with them last minute. If it is an emergency the protocol is to either call 911 or go to urgent care.

Truly a great family doctor. We trust him and takes good care of us. We hope he will stay in good health and keep his practice. We highly recommend him.
