I had a dryer vent that was clogged and I called Insulation & Air Duct Crew they come out really fast and gave me a really good job I will highly recommend them for any air ducts and dryer vent cleaning jobs

The backed up dryer vent had caused other issues in the house and it was recommended to have the vent cleaned to prevent further damage.  I inquired with Insulation & Air Duct Crew and Sam was very responsive and had a technician come out the next day to do the job (at an amazing price also)!  They cleaned internally and externally and was very professional throughout the whole process (I live in a townhome and they had a ladder ready as the external vent is on the second floor).  I'm very grateful for the fast response from Sam and his team and definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their dryer vent clean!

The dryer vent is completely clogged without us knowing until we replaced our dryer.  We had several quotes for vent cleaning and also options for replacements.  When we got the quote from Insulation & Air Duct Crew, we were hesitated to go with them due of lack of review until we had a chat with Sam.  After getting to know more about the company, we decided to give them a chance.  I was able to get an appointment for a vent replacement within couple of days.  The guy did a very clean up and showed us all the pictures he had taken to explain how he ran the pipe.  Everything was done very professionally with a very reasonable price.   I would 100% refer them to my neighbors and friend when they need similar service.
