Restoration Builders (RB) installed our front-entry door we ordered from Pella. Jon from RB came to our house to measure and verify the door we were replacing before Pella placed the order. He also noted our requests -- save the interior molding, limit nicks on the wall, replace exterior molding to match the molding on our windows, etc. Edi and Miguel did the installation. They were meticulous and detailed in removing the existing door and installing the new door. They put down drop-clothes to catch all the debris. And they did not scuff the paint or nick the interior walls! Our new door looks great and the installation is perfection. Veronicka from RB masterminded the interaction/scheduling from start to finish. She was courteous and professional -- a pleasure to work with.

Jo, Darren, Chase, Veronicka and the entire Restoration Builders' team were exceptional to work with for our leaking window repair. Not only were they one of the few contractors to consider the job, they also did not require a new window to be purchased to complete the repair. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, communication seamless and most importantly, their repair has held up throughout the recent rains. Strongly recommended for any window need.

We purchased our home in February 2022, and began thinking about renovation immediately. The windows and doors were mostly 50-60 years old. We knew we needed to start with this, and it was a big undertaking. After deciding on Pella, we were referred to Restoration Builders by the sales team. We met with three contractors before choosing RB. The contractor, Jon, was a clear and compassionate communicator. He explained things without condescending, and shared important information that others had not. We felt so good about him, and hoped his team would be half as good. The windows and doors came in two months early, Jon had a delay on another project, and offered to install! His team showed up-on time, and worked with a proficiency that we had not seen on other crews. These men were professional, communicated clearly, did amazing work, and left things cleaner than before they started. They were expertly trained, kind, and a joy to have in our home.
