My contractor installed the hardwood floor for me 11 years ago. Within a few months after the installation, there were gaps as wide as 1/8" showing up all over the places. We hate the look of it. 11 years later, I decided to replace some of the pieces because I cannot bear the ugliness of it anymore. I flipped over the removed old pieces and saw the mark of "Forest Flooring Inc."

The company charged the labor and material by the square footage of floor. However, they inflated the square footage of the floor to charge a higher price. They get away with it because most customers would not notice. Very dishonest. Stay away from this company.
