My experience at Southland Dental and with Dr. Giang did more harm for me than good. I didnt get the service I paid for or the privacy I was promised. The staff exposed my personal health issues in front of other patients three times. I called and asked ahead of scheduling the procedure to make sure the office and doctor could attend to an anxious patient, and I was promised care I never received. (The doctor did not complete the procedure, took my money and had a poor dental chair-side manner.) In fact, Dr. Giang was irritated with me when the inflammation I was experiencing, after the work he did, made things take longer than he expected. Dr. Giang seemed to be rushing through the procedure which most likely contributed to the inflammation I was experiencing. So it was very poor patient care. My requests for follow up have been ignored, which is probably a good thing for me. Since that experience, Im now even more nervous about seeing a dentist.
