Racist Asian cashier who hates on Mexican looking people

On 11/22/2019 I walked into Arco Gas Station located at 650 Tennyson Rd in Hayward. I gave the cashier $100 bill and said I need a fill up. I walked out pumped my gas and left. I forgot to get my change back . I get home and get ready for work which I was already late too. As I am getting dressed I realized I forgot to get my change back from the Cashier . I get my phone and look them up and call . The same cashier that helped me when I came in answered the phone . I explained what happened and explained I can't come get it right now cause I have to be to work and just hold it for me . He starts to question me so he can verify . I answered all the questions and in the end he says no you have to come right now . I get angry and start to explain again that I have to be to work and that I used to work at Shell Gas Station . I know the system tells you when someone has left change. But I say okay what ever I pull back up and I walk in . It's the same cashier he is still questioning me and after he says okay we still have to call the manager . The manager comes from the back and questions me again . I started to record and as I am recording she snatches the phone from my hand . I quickly reacted by grabbing her hair and putting her head against the counter as I took my phone from her. I walked out and left . 2 years later I am being charged with a misdemeanor and the people from the gas station refuse to clear up the situation . They lied on the police report and stated that I walked in pushed her with my two hands and was able to grab her as she was falling back . Mind you the counter is to wide for me to be able to push her with both arms and grabbed her. I have never ever been in trouble with the law. I have a 1 & 8 year old. And now the manager says she doesn't speak English and that she isn't comfortable . I called the gas station and spoke to both the lady and the owner and the victim says she doesn't even remember a thing. But DA is still pressing charges .

This is the ABSOLUTELY WORST place for customer service.  I arrived at this station a little after 6pm.  They had locked the door and was only doing window service.  I get it, it's for safety but what I don't get was the two clerks inside were  standing there counting their receipts of the day in front of the big window, totally ignoring me, the customer.  I only wanted a quart of low fat or fat free milk.  They ask me if I wanted blue or red, as they continue to count money.  I said I don't know, I want low fat milk.  Again, blue or red.  I suggested why not bring both and I'll decide.  They continue to count money and made no effort to get the milk.  I became frustrated and left.  This is the same two guys that I encountered before.  It was my second and last visit here.

Used to be such a great value I didn't much care about the upkeep or debit charge.  But now the price is no cheaper than can be found elsewhere, but the upkeep has gone downhill to unbelievable levels.Not only were the bathrooms "closed", but they were haphazardly blocked by random looking pieces of cardboard.But more egregiously, the air and water station has been closed and blocked off for quit some time, by the looks of the ancient tape wrapped around it.  Assembly Bill 531 Section 13651 stipulates that "every service station in this state to provide, during operating hours, water, compressed air, and a gauge for measuring air pressure, to the public". By not complying, they are subject to a $50 a day fine.
