Dr. Habina has created a loving space for healing. In my time being under her care I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. She takes her time with each patient, answering question, explaining the care process, and giving needed support. I was having intense nightmares every night for about 3 months, and would wake up every few hours throughout the night. It became so normal for me that I didn't think much about it until someone mentioned it's not normal. After one session with Dr. Habina, my nightmares completely went away! (It's been almost a year and I haven't experienced nightmares of that degree since.) My dreams have been very neutral - it'll be me just walking in my neighborhood ... I didn't even know it was possible to have a dream without fear involved.
Besides my nightmares being eliminated, I have been able to handle stress better, be more adaptable in unpredictable situations, and I can stand more upright and breathe with ease.
Since I wasn't familiar with Network at first, I was really nervous, but Dr. Habina explained everything and made sure all my concerns were expressed and heard. She takes her time to listen and is very skilled at what she does.
