Quiet, cozy location with plenty of parking. The best chiropractor I have seen in 20 years. Hours are ideal for working familes and appointment availability is great.

I wish I could give a zero.   All kinds of rules before we you can go in the office. I have never seen any doctor acting like this. Very strange.

A friend recommended Dr. Worthy. Concerned that this could be another failed attempt to find relief from a neck strain (onset was 10/2015) - I saw him anyway. Crack - pop -snap - tears. Ohhh hell the adjustment hurt then came relief. Ice - yuck but much needed. He told me everything wrong I was doing which was keeping me in pain. My first visit was painful as my inflammation/pain was significant before I saw him. I have more visits to come. For now, my new cervical roller allows me to sleep at night and less nerve pain down my shoulder. I will keep seeing him.

I've known Dr. Bryan Worthy for a very long time, but only recently started getting treatments in his practice. I have a laundry list of chronic pain and orthopedic problems that shut down any hope of an active lifestyle as I got older. I'm a life-long chiropractic veteran and it's been light years since I've had weekly access to a "real" chiropractor who adjusts the entire body (not just your standard, cookie-cutter, back-and-neck bone-crusher "quickie"). Dr B. utilizes pricier drop tables, strategic wedges, and many other effective modalities. If you don't already know about all this stuff, you've never been to a real chiropractor. Just sayin'. In a few short weeks, Dr. B has been able to change my life. There are no words to describe his vast knowledge and amazing gift for healing.His office is centrally-located (believe it or not) and only 12 minutes from my Oakland Hills home, 3 minutes from 580, and 9 minutes from my San Leandro office.It doesn't get better than this, does it?

I'm probably one of the more annoying clients to work with having been a collegiate athlete in a former life, I tend to think I know it all. Let me tell you about Dr. B's patience and support though! Amazing.I first came into his office July 2017 with stress related injuries. My whole back was locked up and it was painful to move. After 3-4 sessions, though, he had me good as new. I kept up monthly appointments for a while, but then I injured myself again in the gym. Lol.I walked into his office with a laundry list of complaints. He literally needed multiple sheets of paper. After I was done, he asked "anything else?" I told him no and he proceeded to systemically work through each issue. Even the ones that were more psychological than physical.Dr. B's a really great person and he knows his stuff as a chiropractor. Even now that I've moved to Oakland, I still go see him in Hayward because if it ain't broke, why fix it?Also, shoutout to the masseuse there. Two sessions with him during my last injury definitely helped to loosen up my hips and free my knee from pain.
