        Ive lived by this Bank of America for 5 years and in the last 5 year Ive been turned away many times due to no tellers or lack of employees. They should close this location down instead of having customers go in for no reason.

        Worst customer service and bank trying to do deposits and no supervisor could help. Because she was alone in the bank, or at least that's the excuse she gave me.

        Do not go to this location, only one window is open, have to wait 30 mins to get serviced. This location will be closed in 2024 August.

        Abhorrent and slow service. Do not bother calling unless you want to jump through hoops and speak to a robot for 30 mins unhelpful staff, hot inside, garbage facility edit: I cannot describe how angry coming here made me I hate you people with a passion. I hope this bank fails
