Let's see Kevin Flynn got $6,500 of my money to help me with my case to fight back my kids never did nothing the 2nd time around he still owes me this money last thing I was told that he had cancer he wasn't working anymore never did or help me but sure did take my money it was so heartbreaking because it took me a year to save up money again to hire my lawyer out of Stockton CA yes she got my kids but where is the money I payed to Kevin Flynn his son promised me he would pay me back it's sad because your dad helped me years ago with my older adult kids case but 2nd time was not right to not give back my money after paying your Dad god knows the truth karma comes back to kick you back.

Kevin Flynn handled a child custody case for us and he was outstanding. Smart, responsive, well regarded and effective - his advice was spot on. I recommended him to several friends who also had great experiences. So sad his health is not good and he is closing his practice. We know him as having integrity and excellent representation.

Kevin D. Flynn and his accomplice who tells everyone that all is now, suddenly, in the hands of an accountant, should care about his former clients. No one knows the identity nor phone number of such an accountant besides those two. A fake accountant is just for destruction.It is extremely painful for me that the crucial issues in my case have not really been addressed in court because Kevin   neglected to do so. Since I left my case with big retainers in Kevin's hands and moved from California, he has been rolling in his deaf storage mode, which means, acting as a storage for my files instead of acting as my lawyer!Let all of us who haven't been refunded our retainers in full contact the State Bar of California. Also, we can switch to the beast mode to have cold-hearted him & her refund our retainers clean.

Kevin Flynn is not to be trusted.  He required a $40,000 retainer fee to perform a child custody that he never refunded me after he indicated his cancer diagnosis prevented him from performing work on my case. For an entire year Kevin Flynn made many errors and omissions.  He is incapable of providing legal services competently.  He and his legal assistant Angela were not straight forward or honest about many aspects of my case or Mr. Flynn's alleged health problems at the beginning of my case, after I paid my retainer in full.  He failed to respond to discovery which resulted in monetary sanctions against me.  He overcharged me and misrepresented to me the costs I was incurring.  He failed to keep me informed or properly advise me.  To date he has failed to refund any part of my retainer or transfer my case to another attorney during his purported illness.  He has damaged my case, my relationship with my child and ruined my life.  I urge you to not consider him for any legal matters in the future.
