    please read EXTREMELY Bad! SAVE YOUR MONEY! its only nice from the outside no seriously read and weep! I normally chalk up others review as one off incidents because we all have different experiences but omg I should have listened to the countless other reviews lol (laughing out of pain) but I feel like a fool cause they were all correct and then some. luckily a year will be here in no time and I will never return to this garbage dumpster fire first off: We have roaches LOTS OF ROACHES SO MANY ROACHES. LIKE CAN'T TURN YOUR LIGHTS OFF ROACHES LIKE WE'VE SEEN 5-10 BABY ROACHES JUST SCATTER WHEN THE LIGHT TURNS ON it's disgusting next: neighbors drive fast through parking lot! neighbors they are very disrespectful when entering the property they will literally speed around you to get into the building even though you arrived first! next: Extra parking spaces cost like $100 the parking spaces are tight to get into or far from your apartment good luck with guest parking....no seriously good luck, you're more lucky to get parking in Sf and avoid a tow SO our car got stolen, so security is none existent. The front office didnt even care when we told them about our car getting stolen, they barely offered a sorry I'm sure it because it happens so often that they are immune .. no seriously read the other review o: No security camera anywhere...... ANYWHERE, seriously anywhere next: packages get stolen from "package room" I literally have to write "bring to front door" on the address line just to get my packages smh Next: The front desk never picks.... I MEAN NEVER lol it's honestly funny because they didn't pick up ever when we were trying to move in so honestly that's our fault for expecting more now that were in especially from a $2,500 apartment complex but hey -__- furthermore: Our apartment gets very humid with our windows constantly fogging up with condensation. The trash valet refuses to pick up your trash if one thing is off THERE IS NOWHERE for you to manually throw your trash out so it sits all day and night (especially around holidays) I digress: management please don't come on here replying like you care. your property is terrible and you have no accountability, you're not fixing anything except the appearance. but you can only hide the dirt, roaches, bugs, mildew, mold and non existent security for so long. Once people move into this location, that pretty exterior facade is going to fade and you're going to have a whole lot of 1 year leases and ton of vacancies because no one wants to pay $2,500 to live with roaches. one of my longest reviews but it was my realest. google better not take it down but I mean every word sincerely and don't mean any harm but everyone should know how bad it is before they risk moving in for a whole year..........

    My move-in was a horrible experience. -We cant access our mailboxes again for weeks again. -Kitchen sink is backed up for over a month because garbage disposal continues to not work and I do not put any food down the drain. -My car in MY parking space was tagged to be towed because someone stole my registration on the property. MANAGEMENT ONLY CONCERN IS FOLKS CARS. -I am on a month-month lease paying way more than I should when I signed a 1 year lease. Management has yet to resolved and respond. -This place has become the dumps. -Management and the Leasing Agents are NOT friendly unless you are a potential applicant. -If you are a resident, they screen the calls with CALLER ID. -Leasing Consultants and Managers will not respond to emails in a timely manner or will ignore your email. -Visitor parking is horrible here, office hours and staff takes most the front visitor parking everyday. Possibly 25 visitor parking for the ENTIRE complex-only 5 passes per month (ITS A JOKE). -My nephew had rats coming in their unit through the roof into the kitchen (more than once)- MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO MOVE THEM IN ANOTHER UNIT. -The COST for a second parking space is HIGH and the space will NOT be close to your building. -Cars are towed ALL the time (office staff does not care if your car is towed). -Cars are broken into ALL the time and stolen on property. -The mail locker room is horrible, packages STOLEN ALL THE TIME because packages are thrown on the floor because delivery drivers dont have access to the lockers or the lockers arent working. -Mailboxes are broken into ALL the time (Management response contact postal services). -Gym access-the gym door has to be propped open 24hrs because residents key fobs dont work-they refuse to fix the fob issue. I have never had access to the gym unless door is open. -ALL the gates barely work including gate doors. -The back of the apartment is always FULL of garbage and stinks. -The back buildings look like the projects. The closer you get to the back of the complex the worse the exterior looks. -The landscaping is HORRIBLE in most areas besides in front of the office area. -The dog park is horrible. -The kids playground is disgusting. Stinks like pee, its tagged with writing all over the play structure. Its NEVER CLEANED. -Some of the laundry rooms are maintenance storage room (inside and out)-looks ghetto as hell. -Dog poop everywhere. -EXCESSIVE inspections.

    At first when I got here I was happy the apartment was beautiful and the place was safe but recently about a year ago new people moved right next to me the thing that bothers me is that they smoke a lot and they do it inside so the smell pases through the walls and it gives my me and my family headaches and I have a child recently my neighbor moved for the same reason she complained about it in the office but no one did a thing they just ignored it so she had no choice but to move I sent a email about it and no one has answered me they should have a area specifically for the people that smoke or they should have rule that no one can smoke inside the apartments Im am seriously thinking about moving because the smell is horrendous

    I would just like to leave a review for Brenda and Matthew for being very accommodating and the services they provide. The maintenance team is doing a great job maintaining the property as well. They all deserve a raise. Me and Camille and our son love our home and we want to be here for awhile. The Dutton is a beautiful spot with wonderful people here. In this complex you will see a bunch of kids outside playing. Unlike any other complex we lived at. Diverse. Good hardworking people. And a bunch of awesome characters. im one of em . Love our lil village.
