I had a 5-star experience Pacific Volkswagen. I originally went to test drive some cars for my mother, she was in the business of buying. Once I test drove the Tiguan - I loved it. Our salesman Aaron answered all of our questions, he was super patient with us and showed us as many cars as needed until my mother and I both felt we had found the one. Super happy with my car and the customer service received.

I brought my wife and close friends for a special occasion and they were AMAZED!
From the very beginning.our amazing Host Mia had us pampered like celebrities.
I cannot say enough about the hard work the staff put in to bring you Michelin Star food PERIOD!
Perfectly Managed fine dining.

I had been to many dealerships from Pasadena to Hawthorne and was the only dealership that had the cars listed online at the dealership when I arrived . Scott took the time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle as well as a nice test drive and continues to follow-up with me on any questions I have. Hawthorne was a little far for me to drive but I would but I would return in the future or recommend anyone interested in buying a VW to go to Hawthorne.
