Nice secure, quiet, and clean complex with a pool.Managers live on site and are really nice people. The complex is walking distance to fast food restaurants, laundromat, ( they have on site as well), grocery store, stores, and major bus routes. My friend lives there.

On-Site property manager is amazing. Lovely people. However, the property management company itself is horrible. Heres why: After you move out, this management company will make upgrades to the unit AT YOUR EXPENSE. They do this by charging you for incredibly vague fees such as : Disposal fee ; Cleaning Fee. Then after you request an itemized list of the repairs and purchases they made, they will try to charge you more money claiming that they actually left out a few items and now they have to charge you more $. If youre expecting a security deposit back, there will be none, and for us, we had to pay an additional $968 for whatever upgrades they decided to make. This is common practice for this management company, they play games, they dont care, and we seen them do this to other units while we lived there. We paid rent on time, never complained, DESPITE the constant plumbing problems and roach infestation. Couldnt have been better tenants, all the neighbors were cool and the community it great. But MANAGEMENT IS RUTHLESS and they DONT CARE. AT ALL. Also, service requests would take weeks sometimes, and they lack timely communication over email.
