Evan did an exceptional job helping my fiance and I purchase our first home. When we first started working together, Evan helped us thoroughly understand the whole process from start to finish, outlining the main areas we should focus on. He was always available to answer all of our questions about the process and countless different contracts. He knew the market and neighbors well to help us understand differences across the area. He was very accommodating to our requests and also helped in the negotiation. My time with you was Sweet , because we obtained my daughter a home and sold her condo before payment was due on her new place. And bitter, because I won't be able to joke with you. Some people are brought together for a season and I enjoyed my season with you.

Evan is FANTASTIC!! He is very understanding and helpful. He cares very much that he helps you find the best house that suits you and what your future holds. He is very patient and is in it for the long run to make sure his clients feel they have someone to trust. Being new to buying a home Evan helped walk me through the process and always explained things in a way to make sure I 100% knew what was going on. He always kept me in the loop letting me know what was going on with the properties we were looking at and what he saw that could use improvement. He definitely felt like a friend and a person I could trust to do whatever it takes to best benefit me. He is the first guy I will recommend to friends and family know they will get the same expertise and help that I got.
