Sandra is extremely rude. Calling to help my dad out since he's fresh out of the hospital. She answered the phone didn't even greet me or say her name went straight in to can you hold. Left me on for over 5 mins. Comes back to the phone then saying her name. The conversation was repetitive she asked me the same question three different ways and the answer was still yes the car is in my name. Btw keep in mind my name is on the policy as well. She was extremely RUDE she hung up on me before talking over me. I even called back with my dad and she continued being rude while he was on the phone and then lied and said sam was there and heard the whole conversation when he in fact he wasn't. She's bad for business and she should of stayed home if she didn't intend to provide the upmost customer service!!!!
