Mister Car Wash

Weird new business model! I dont know whether to like or dislike this new direction. The lines are less efficient, its MORE EXPENSIVE and the employees are extraordinarily phony. I dont need the attendant directing my car into the wash to smile multiple times, its so weird! And I especially dont like that I have to speak to someone when purchasing a wash from the self-service slot. I do have some positives, the machines seem to have been replaced and dont scrub as hard. The dryer also seems to get more water off than before. If I remember correctly, the cheapest wash is now $8 and the most expensive is now $22. Idk if Ill be back. I find this new car wash to have weird vibes. It did get my car clean.

I am one and done with is mister car wash Never had an issue when I paid fir a service v ice I got what I said for not less than I oaid for paid for supreme 12 $ with tire shine he said , yeah right and it was thr last 30 min. Of time so you would hope to be ready for the late rush I won't be back won't go to sunrise car wash la brea car car wash is ne t best thing till I find another

No longer a fan since the new ownership took over. While the employee taking payments outside was very kind and friendly, this is not efficient. I miss pulling up to the window or kiosk to pay. Quick and easy. But not anymore. Then, I get to the wash itself, theyve removed the screen that verifies which wash you paid for. For all I know I can now pay the expensive $22 its become for the titanium wash and get the basic, especially since the gate is now up all the time and doesnt count the cars going in. They also no longer give out the interior wipes which I loved. It was such a nice touch and Id clean my interior while going through the wash. Then I get to the exit, its backed up because people are waiting for vacuums. Before, there was an attendant controlling this backup. Not anymore. My car was stuck in the driers and rolling in neutral as the wash tried to push my car out. I and others had to honk to get people moving and it was only then that the car wash stopped so we wouldnt all pile up on each other. This place is a hot mess now. Not coming back.
