Chase Bank

This branch is the worst I have ever been to. Nobody can help to do the simplest task. You need at least a 2-week appointment to get anything done in this location. Why is it even open?

Tried to get help of a manager from this branch back in 2019 because a chase advisor was doing fradulent acts with my account without My authorization went back to confront the chase advisor that was doing fraud with my account and turns out he quit and moved to a different location dont know what to do now since they dont wanna help me recover my belongings and there covering up for the chase advisor that disclosed of my information and changed information from my account without my permission wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this specific chase bank a lot of curupt employees and managers dont even care of the customers welll being

Came to open a bank account, but ends up you need to schedule an appointment for that and all appointments are 3 weeks away. Great customer service. Never going back. Wasted my time.

Aleh Ruiz Was very nice and she helped us open a new account very quickly She needed two forms of ideas Doris Fuentes the manager also is very nice and helpful.
