Terrible service from this insurance, they never answer calls, the only way they answer you is to pay for the service

horrible service at first I had an insurance company called infinity and they changed I was paying $832 a month and it jumped to $3477 a month I called the girls at the insurance office I thought it was a mistake or something it wasn't this is ridiculous they didn't even offer me to change me to a different Company and before that I was involved in an accident my car was totaled I requested to have my car removed it was never removed and I had been paying for the car a year and I was told I would get refunded or discounted and come next month , I GOT NOTHING DISCOUNTED OR my money back and the PERSON AVOIDED MY CALLS FOR 3DAYS ,horrible service do not come here

Horrible service my company changed to infinity from kemper and my rates went from 800 to 3,477 and they didnt even offer to help find another company , I had been in an auto accident recently and had requested to have my car removed the girls didnt remove it and I paid for a year , one of the girls said to help and get my money back come next payment I got no discount , and she avoided my calls for three days , DO NOT GO TO THIS PLCE
