Truly fantastic experience. Their fuel price blows others away. The taxi in and out is fast. The line guys, front desk staff and managers are overly friendly. Highly recommend.

Hawthorne is my home base airport. It is not the closest airport to my residence by any means but I chose to base my aircraft at HHO because of the amazing service they provide, their unbeatable fuel prices and the staff that I have now come to consider family. If you are a pilot coming to Los Angeles, selecting Hawthorne and parking at HHO will be without a doubt worth your while. To address some of the reviews Ive read (and this is a genuine review written in my own words by someone who has visited their FBO weekly for 2 years now), HHO does not provide helicopter experiences, they do not control arrivals and departures to the airport nor do they operate any flights to my knowledge (at least not flights originating in the wee hours of the morning). This is a fixed base operator alternative on the field that serves as a parking and services ramp for incoming/outgoing pilots and is a family of knowledgeable and accommodating individuals looking to provide the best personalized experience to pilots compared to the corporate treatment you would receive at a larger place.
