I visited the chiropractor, Dr. Carlos, for an adjustment of my left ankle and I walked out of there without pain,
But being in this office you can't leave without acupuncture too.
Dr. Victoria is an expert in acupuncture. You don't feel it when she inserts the needles and she instantly relaxes you. The tension in my neck on the right side disappeared right there. Thank you Dr. Carlos and Dr. Victoria

Ive only had one prior experience at a chiropractor about 10 years ago and I did not think to come back. I recently have been getting some body pain so I decided to check this place out. Im sure glad I did! Dr. Carlos made me feel right at home and was super professional.. most importantly he made me feel 10 years younger! Ill be coming back in for some crack action soon!!!

Dr. Carlos is great! He really makes sure to try to get to the root of the problem and help you fix the issue. Great advice to supplement the treatments as well. Definitely worth a visit

Dr. Carlos and the acupuncturist at Bay Harbor Chiropractic Wellness are amazing. Dr. Carlos is very thorough and detailed with his treatment. As an active individual and skateboarder its important to really take care of my body. He walks you through the steps of what he is performing and benefits of treatment. He incorporates soft tissue work, rehab exercises as well as adjustments which makes him different! His treatment and adjustments are amazing and Ive never felt this great in a while. Looking forward to the rest of my treatment plan! Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend anyone in the South Bay / Los Angeles area to pay him a visit!!
