Tires To Go is the best tire shop here in Hanford. Been bring my vehicles here for the last 10year. I like them because they have a wide variety of tires. Always have them in stock, and if not then they order them and they always come next day. Great customer service and great communication, very professional. I was reading through the reviews and noticed a bad review by a customer. Well just so happen I was there that day. In his review he said that he didn't get a refund, I was literally standing there in the office when the owner gave this guy his refund on his alignment And customer satisfaction and replaced his tire no charge. I recommend Tires To Go to friends and family.

Complete rip off. Brought mercedes in LAST month because it needed new tires and an alignment. Without telling me they don't do a rear alignment. This is after my car spent 8 and a half hours the first time for a tires and alignment. After 30 days my tires were damaged and needed to be realigned. The business owner refunded me for my alignment but charged me $50 to replace my damaged tires due to their miscommunication. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Got new tires and an alignment done last month. Not only was there no communication but they kept my car from 8am till 3:30pm. Here we are a month later and I start hearing screeching when I turn only to see that my back tires didn't get aligned. Do your research and check their work if you come here. Update: So went back to get my alignment fixed and new rear tires. Not only did I have to pay for new tires even though they messed up the alignment. But then was told by the owner that they can't do the alignment on my car because they need specific tools to align Mercedes vehicles. He then blamed his "stupid" employees and how they should of known better even though he was the one I worked with from the beginning. So after messing up the front alignment, which was fine to begin with, and paid for new tires. I was told to go somewhere else. If you're coming here just get tires, if you need literally anything else just spend the money on an actual tire shop and save yourself the headache.

They don't even answer their phone when you try calling them, I tried calling them before lunch and they still don't answer. So when I tried getting tires replaced they asked me what wheel size do I have, I told them 18's and they glanced at them and they said "nah you're running 20's" and I felt offended because I had factory wheels and they think they were 20's. I know my own vehicle the only reason why I'm bringing it, is because I dont have a machine to pull my tire off the wheel this place is so unprofessional they don't even care to acknowledge you unless they see that you have cash and then they come to you like pigeons wanting food like grow up and be professional. I'm not the first customer to complain and write a review I suggest to whomever may be reading this takes time out of their day to go somewhere else like Costco or other bigger corporations, or at least a reputable technician because these guys don't know what they're doing let alone not knowing what size my wheel is even AFTER I told them what it was, I'm reporting all of you guys to the Bureau Automotive Repair and the Better Business Bureau all of you guys are going down for this I tried being nice and asking for a reimbursement but you've gone too far now.

Really bad alignment after they replaced my tires. They ended up eaten up front the inside. Got a set of 2 tires placed in the front. They replaced the ones in the front to the back. It ate my older tires again. Went back and got another two tires for the back and it got eaten up from the inside again. Took the tire back to get a reimbursement on that new tire. Went in 3 times in person and called so many times and only got the run arounds or no response. My car was bouncing and swaying really badly.
