        I paid them to do my grandmother's taxes. I recently received a letter from the state of California franchise tax board that they did not receive her state income taxes. What the hell did I pay Jackson Hewitt for?

        Jane was our tax preparer for 10 years and she did an amazing job taking care us. We were told she quit, so we were helped by her son Jessie. He is the complete opposite. I am truly disappointed! I will not be a returning client for sure!!!
