Not sure why this place is still in business. I guess thats because people need a place to live. So in turn, people will accept sub-standard service.
Upon final inspection, they will try and nickel and dime every penny of your security deposit. When they do their semi-annual inspection, they just do a quick run through of the property and tell you that everything is good. When its time for the final inspection, they find all types of minor issues that is actually minor wear and tear.
Crooks I tell you. Just straight crooks.

Best in town! When I was looking for a home I called and walked into so many property management companies, most of them were mean, discriminating and had a ridiculous application fee. And then I found Power Properties, they were so helpful, so nice, just professional over all! I'm so glad I found them.
