        Overcrowded. They have to work with multiple patients at once. Not enough machines available. Insurance billing is not the best. Expect you to get better in 3 appointments.

        Chose this for work-related injury PT & the staff is awesome! I got Caleb as my Primary and he takes time to assess his patients. Always finds time to greet patients. Demi, Kelly, Jesus & Andrew does a good job in assisting me with the exercises. I love that the staff has that personal touch of offering water, hot/cold treatment and makes small talk to keep patients confortable. Glad my case manager recommended them.
