Unfortunately, we hired Monica to notarize our customer in the Hanford area. Monica rescheduled over 3 times, ran out of ink, and asked the customer to print the docs for her. She would not notarize a Power of Attorney case for a military family after we explicitly explained it was a POA case, left the customer in the middle of the notarization, and then billed the customer over $160 after we asked her to bill our company. We reached out to Monica for an explanation and did not hear back. We were really disappointed and hope this will be a learning experience.

Monica is very Professional and fast. I called her and she came over within a couple of hours. She explained everything to me, and we got everything signed very fast! I highly recommend her for all Notary needs
