John Buwalda has amazing customer service. He is transparent, honest and reliable! I had two clients whom were working with PREVIOUS Lenders, when rates were changed- those Lenders were nowhere to be found, no communication whatsoever.
Buying a home is a huge milestone, it's one of the biggest investments ever made and as a Realtor, I prefer my clients to stay "local" as possible. I referred both of my Clients to John and he picked up the pieces from where those other Lenders dropped the ball and brought their financing BACK to LIFE!
Throughout the two escrows, John and his Team were in constant communication and kept us in the loop during the process. Last week, we closed escrow and KEYS were handed to both families!
There is no doubt that John is the best.. you are in very good hands, he has the LOWEST fees and most importantly he is accessible and honest.
